Keep Your Account Active & Your Identity Safe

A financial checkup is just as important as your yearly physical. It's a good idea to evaluate your financial wellness at least once a year, even if you feel as though you're in a great place financially.

As part of this checkup, check in on your CDC FCU account and be sure your personal information is safe and secure.

Don't let your account go dormant or inactive. At least once per year, give us a call at (800) 245-9655 or log in to Online Banking to make a transfer and take full advantage of your membership.

Review the address and phone number associated with your account for accuracy.

•

We will never contact you via email, phone, or text message asking for confidential or sensitive information.

•

All unsolicited requests for your personal information should be considered fraudulent.

•

Do not click on links or attachments from senders that you do not recognize. Be especially wary of .zip or other compressed or executable file types.

•

Do not respond to or click on links in text messages from senders you do not know.

•

Create strong passwords that contain letters, numbers, and special characters for all your accounts.

•
